Missouri Riverbank Restorer: Game Design Firm (Unity)
This educational game was developed in a team of 26 within 8 weeks. This project showcases my abilities as a lead narrative designer, responsible for all of the dialogue within the game itself (including dialogue, research/informational blurbs, instructions, etc.). I also worked closely with the programming team on this project to ensure that dialogue progression operated smoothly. To play, follow the link here.

ZENITH: 3D Level (Unity)
This prototype showcases my knowledge of scripting in C#, sound and visual effects, and 3D modeling in the Unity Engine. You can play the game here. In this prototype, you can move using WASD/arrow keys and jump using the space bar! You can also sprint by holding down Left Shift and shoot by pressing Q. To open the settings menu, press Tab.

Nightfall Academy: Team Studio (Ren'py)
This visual novel prototype was created during the course of 8-weeks with a team of five (including myself). My responsibilities included lead narrative designer/writer, as well as one of the primary coders for this game (implementation of the story, sanity & inventory system). You can access the project directly through the browser here.

The House: Variable Tracking (Twine)
This prototype, while still displaying my understanding of basic gameplay mechanics, also allowed me to flex my creative writing muscles. You can play this text-based horror prototype here.

Murder in Canary Town: Multiple Endings (RPG Maker)
This murder-mystery prototype utilizes switches and variables to create very simple good, bad, and extra endings. This prototype also allowed me to practice writing dialogue between the player character and non-player characters. Play the game here.
